New Max Planck Center for Minimal Biology launched

The University of Bristol and the Max Planck Society have jointly founded an innovative new Max Planck Bristol Centre for Minimal Biology.

To build minimal biological systems from chemical building blocks - that is the aim of the researches at the new Max Planck Center for Minimal Biology in Bristol.

The Max Planck - Bristol Centre for Minimal Biology will pursue game-changing research and post-graduate training in the emerging field of minimal biology to address some of the most complex challenges in fundamental science.
