The MPG has issued a press release covering the research activities of Dr. Tobias Erb from the Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology in Marburg. Tobias Erb has recently joined the MaxSynBio network to gain from the expertise of the network in synthetic biology but also to contribute his work as a nice example for an application of bottom-up synthetic biology.
